Datadrivers Oy is the leading software developer in the field in Finland, and part of CAP-Group – the largest driving education provider in the Nordics. We’re looking for an experienced mobile developer who enjoys solving complex problems and working with modern technologies. You’ll join a team that’s shaping intuitive, high-performing mobile applications that support driver education and road safety.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, your main focus will be on frontend development for our driver education and logistics platforms. You collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product owners to create high-quality user experiences and ensure seamless integration between frontend services and backend systems. Your focus will be on frontend development, but you’ll also have opportunities to contribute to backend and web projects.

You contribute to the architecture and design of the overall system, and you’ll get a change to participate in technology selection and mobile strategy creation. You create and manage UI component libraries, ensuring that the components are reusable, tested, and well-documented. You work on optimizing applications for performance, responsiveness and usability on both iOS and Android platforms.

To succeed in this role, it is important to stay up to date with mobile development trends. We hope that our future colleague will bring fresh ideas and introduce new tools and techniques to improve our development process.

You’ll be based in our Oulu office and work as part of our growing development team.

What we hope you bring

We’re looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of experience in mobile software development, especially with React Native and Expo

• Solid skills in API integration (REST or GraphQL)

• Experience with Redux or similar state management tools

• Ability to apply styles and themes from designs

• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset

• Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn

• Fluency in Finnish or English
